Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the fj66 platform, including its website at fj66.pro, its games, sports betting services, payment services, and any other features or content offered by fj66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific features of the platform as published from time to time.

Definitions

• "Bonus"

• "Wagering Requirement"

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on the fj66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

fj66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including identity documents (national ID, passport), proof of age, and proof of address. Account Registration and Security

Registration on fj66 is free of charge. To complete registration, you must provide the information required by the registration form and agree to these Terms. The following rules apply to your account:

• Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. fj66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify fj66 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact the support team via the email address listed in the footer of this page.
• fj66 uses SSL encryption on all account communications and stores passwords using industry-standard hashing. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• fj66 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or utility bill showing your registered address.
• Accounts that are found to contain false or misleading information, or that have been used to circumvent platform rules, will be suspended without notice and all balances may be voided at fj66's sole discretion.

fj66 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including in cases where we are required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. In such cases, any legitimate balance held in the account will be returned to the Player using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any applicable verification requirements being satisfied first.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fj66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet) registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. fj66 may require proof that the depositing account belongs to you before processing any associated withdrawals.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used for the most recent qualifying deposit. fj66 does not support withdrawals to bank accounts or payment methods that have not been previously used for a deposit.
• fj66 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified and approved withdrawal request, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. In practice, the majority of withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• fj66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fj66 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may charge their own transaction fees in accordance with their terms. You are responsible for understanding any fees charged by your payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

fj66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers on eligible games only.
• fj66 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the exploitation of a system error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met. You may not transfer bonus funds to another player or payment method.
• fj66 may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including before its stated end date, where required for operational, regulatory, or fairness reasons. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retroactively affected by a promotion's early termination, and their wagering progress will remain valid.

Responsible Gaming

fj66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help Players manage their gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner. The following responsible gaming conditions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Requests to increase a deposit limit will take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period; requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
• Session limits: Players may set time-based session limits to receive a notification after a defined period of play. This feature is intended to help players maintain awareness of the time they spend on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be made by contacting fj66 support directly. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fj66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or any other reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit promotions, or gain any unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results. This includes sharing hole cards in poker games, coordinating bets in live casino games, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials, unauthorised use of another person's bKash or Nagad account, or any other form of payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error will be voided, and the account will be subject to suspension pending investigation.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including making deposits with no genuine intention to gamble and then immediately requesting withdrawal of the deposited funds.

fj66 actively monitors all accounts for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture. fj66 cooperates with law enforcement agencies where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fj66 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and all other materials — is the property of fj66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written permission from fj66.

The fj66 name, logo, and brand are trademarks of fj66. Unauthorised use of any fj66 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Game provider names, logos, and content (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the fj66 Platform under licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fj66 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including sharing your password with a third party.

In the event of a software error affecting a game outcome, fj66 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's account.

Amendments to These Terms

fj66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fj66 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, fj66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the fj66 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any funds remaining in a legitimately held account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the principles of fair and transparent online commerce. fj66 is committed to resolving any dispute with Players in a fair and timely manner.
